We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return a product, please review the details of our return policy below.
GameInterAction.com accepts software returns to the Harrisburg location only. You must have a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any merchandise to GameInterAction.com. For faster service, please submit your information HERE. To speak with a customer service representative, please call us Monday through Friday at (866)-934-2664 between the hours of 8:30AM and 4:30 PM Pacific Time. You can also request an RA via Email from help@gameinteraction.games2drive.com. Once you have provided GameInterAction.com with the appropriate information, we will contact you with an assigned RA number.

Return Policy for PC Software, Video Games, and Video Game Accessories:
- All return and exchange inquires must receive an RA (Return Authorization) number and be arranged within 30 days of shipment received.
- All items must be factory sealed in their original plastic wrap as received.
- Return Authorization numbers are good for 14 days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused. Please do not mail back items or packages without an RA number as they cannot be processed and will not be returned. The Return Authorization number must be written on the shipping label, not the carton.
- Returned items will be credited back at the current purchase price, minus a 25% restocking fee, with a minimum fee of $5.00. Refunds for purchases made by credit card will only be credited back to the same credit card. Restocking fees are based upon the original cost of the product minus shipping fees and sales tax.
- All shipping charges related to non-defective items are non-refundable.
Please do not send us product(s) that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
Return Policy for Defective PC Software, Video Games, and Video Game Accessories:
- Any defective software, video game, or video game accessory product may be returned or exchanged for the same product within 10 days of the date the item was received.
- Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials.
- Defect related return and exchange inquires must receive an RA (Return Authorization) number and be arranged within 10 days of shipment received.
- Return Authorization numbers are good for 14 days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
- Please do not mail back items or packages without an RA number as they cannot be processed and will not be returned. The Return Authorization number must be written on the shipping label, not the carton.
- All exchanges are subject to availability.
- All shipping charges related to the return and exchange of defective products is non-refundable.

Return Policy for Video Game Consoles:
- All console sales are FINAL and are not returnable as they are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Return Tips:
- Before returning any product, we strongly advise that you contact the manufacturer directly. The manufacturer may have solutions to many of the issues you encounter. This is especially true for software products.
- Once the manufacturer has been contacted and still no remedy has been found, please contact our customer service.
- We strongly recommend that you make sure that your system meets all system requirements before purchasing any software, video game or accessory.
Games2drive Return Shipment Policies:
- DOA/defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
- Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials.
- All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, your account will be billed accordingly.
- The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
- Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
- Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
- If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of at least $25, or 15% per unit, will be billed to your account.
GameInterAction credits based on purchase price or current price, whichever is lowest.
